8. Limit alcohol
Alcohol should be avoided not only for weight loss but for your overall health. It creates inebriation and messes with your weight loss journey. It is high in calories and provides no nutrition at all. When you drink alcohol, you end up having more than 1 serving which increases the weight gain. Also, it can increase activities like being eating and excessive sleep. If you want to have alcohol just stick to 1 serving of it for 2-3 times per week.
