9. Beef
Many dieticians says to remove red meat or reduce the intake of it from your diet. But, you can enjoy lean cuts like sirloin, tenderloin and top round. Lean beef is a good source of high quality of proteins, 4 ounce of sirloin steak gives 30g protein along with satiating amino acids. Including lean cuts of red meat is also fine but in moderation as it has high saturated fat.
