17. Michael Harney (Healy)
Michael Harney plays Healy who is the counselor to the inmates. On the show, he is seen slumping around, with glasses on the tip of his nose while he fails to understand the emotional needs of the inmates. His personal life is also a mess and by the end of season 4 he thinks about suicide so he checks into a mental health facility. Outside the show, Harney is one happy go lucky guy. People enjoy seeing him ditch his blue uniform and wear tailored suits and great ensembles.
